If you would like to preview an embroidery design before finalising your order or can not see what you are looking for, please reach out to us via email.
Once your embroidery is completed, it cannot be altered or removed. We do not accept returns due to change of mind if you are dissatisfied with your chosen font after receiving your order.
Your embroidery will be created exactly as submitted, including the use of uppercase and lowercase letters. Please ensure that you double-check your spelling prior to placing your order.
